What’s Included & Important Info for Your Pet’s Stay
Your furry friend’s comfort is our priority! Each booking includes cozy Vet Bed bedding and nutritious Skinners Chicken & Rice Hypoallergenic dog food – perfect for sensitive tummies.
Feeding RAW/BARF?
No problem! We’re proud stockists of Nature’s Menu RAW food and can cater to raw diets.
Medication Matters
Our caring staff is fully trained to give medications including injections, tablets, ear/eye drops and even dressing changes. There’s a small charge of £4.00 per day for medication administration. Please bring:

• Medications in their original packaging
Booking & Charges
Rates include the full day of arrival and departure. No charge on departure day if you collect your pet between 9am and 10am. A non-refundable £30.00 deposit is required to confirm every booking
Need a Vet Visit?
We’ll arrange it for you – this service is charged at £45.00
BOOKINGS OVER Christmas & New Year’s 2025
To lock in your pet’s holiday stay, we ask for a £30.00 deposit with every booking.
Staying over the festive season?
There’s a little extra charge of £20.00 for each bank holiday – this includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
Example:
If your pet is staying on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the total deposit would be: £30.00 + £40.00 (Bank Holiday charge) = £70.00
